Police Quizzed Over Evidence
Today Diana, Princess of Wales, is News Headlines in the Daily Express newspaper, one which has worked
tirelessly to discover the truth surrounding the events in Paris which killed her, her boyfriend Dodi Fayed and their
chauffeur Henri - Paul. Two leading former British policemen have been questioned over allegations they witheld vital
evidence about the fatal event.
Lord Condon, former Met Police Commissioner and Sir David Veness, ex - Scotland Yard anti-terror chief gave
statements to a French judge probing the claims. Both of them volunteered last Friday to expalin why they failed to
disclose the existence of a note in which Diana predicted her own assassination ... Written by her in October 1996,
two months after her divorce from H.R.H. Prince Charles, it read ...
" This particular phase of my life is the most dangerous. My husband is planning
an accident in my car, brake failure and serious head injury in order to make the path
clear for Charles to marry."
The note had been given to her butler and sometime confidente Paul Burrell by Diana
for safe keeping and he produced it in 2003 quoted in his initial book about his time
being in service to her " A Royal Duty ". The note was originally taken by Diana's attorney
Lord Mishcon and was handed to the officers a few months after the 1997 event at
Pont de L'Alma in Paris. The highly respected lawyer's document records the line
"Efforts would be made if not to get rid of her ( be it by some accident in her car, such
as pre- prepared brake failure or whatever ) ... at least to see that she was injured or
damaged as to be declared unbalanced".
It was a further six years before it emerged that the officers had locked the note in Lord Condon's safe at
Scotland Yard. When he stepped down, his successor Lord Stevens who also faces questioning by French
authorities also failed to disclose its existence. In France removing or concealing evidence which could facilitate the
discovery of a crime is punishable by up to five years imprisonment.
This current investigation by Parisian based Judge Gerard Caddeo was launched by Mohamed al - Fayed
about the handling of Diana's somewhat prophetic note, he having always maintained that this evidence had been
concealed from the British coroner and French authorities. He believes they covered it up for six years until its
existence was publicly exposed by Paul Burrell. The note is now part of an on going French Judicial process headed
by Judge Caddeo. His subsequent interviews with Lord Condon and Sir David Veness are the beginning of a
thorough investigation by the French into supression of evidence. Lord Stevens is due to be interviewed at later date.
Last night Mohamed al - Fayed said " I trust that at the outcome of this investigation, those responsible for
the suppression of evidence will be severely punished".
Lord Condon said yesterday " Sir David Veness and I volunteered to go to Paris as witnesses to help the
French authorities explore and then bring to a conclusion these repeated complaints by Mr. al - Fayed. We trust that
our evidence was helpful and we both sincerely hope that for all concerned including Mr. al - Fayed, some closure
can finally be brought to this tragic case."
Legal documents in France summarise the crucial accusation that Scotland Yard and the British Embassy
in the French capital city concealed the note from the French authorites and including his own personal written
comments in regards to it from the French authorities investigating the incident happening in Paris in the early hours
of August 31st 1997. The French investigative team concluding the event happened as a result of the chauffeur
Henri - Paul losing control of the Mercedes Benz at high speed whilst driving intoxicated but were not aware of the
British Police witholding the note now in question.
I have always said that the truth will be exposed. The fact that I was the target, Dodi the victim and my deliberate
assassination albeit via a well planned accident was largely due to my political activism, seen as; with my humanitarian
involvement in by example the Landmine Issue as having gained information I fully intended exposing, I was
dangerous. Contrary to my being a "Loose - Cannon" I was someone who did my homework and with careful aim always
succeeded in hitting the target I was aiming at and in this case it would have been amongst others the British
Establishment who I had learned benefiited substantially from the deployment of landmines!"

( DIANA'S SONS AS WELL AS THE ROYALS HAVE BEEN MADE AWARE OF DIANA'S PERSONAL SITES
SO NOW WE WATCH FOR THE FRENCH CORRUPTION EXPOSE HAPPENING SOON !
A FRIEND , CHENG.
Above is a message I received tonight from my principal Guide "Cheng". I have decided on making the message public
as it is profound in content and clearly a powerful prediction changing the course of history in monumental ways as
only something of such magnitude could do ultimately for the good of mankind. It is not something that can as easily
now be brushed aside as someone's fantasy as once upon a time it might have been, with already corruptions and
deceptions having been uncovered and those involved in them publicly humiliated and shamed. Following this message
the information below was sent to me and I thought it being important that it be documented on Diana's Personal site. I
have to say Diana would not be without a 'phone but we are expected to believe she carried no 'phone with her that
night, neither did Dodi, bodyguard Trevor Rees Jones and chauffeur Henri - Paul!
Are we also supposed to believe that the event happening in Paris on August 31st 1997 was just another statistic of a
tragic road traffic accident ?

Rosa Monckton admits 'close' link to MI6
By Nick Allen
15 Dec 2007
Rosa Monckton has disclosed that someone close to her was involved with MI6. One of her brothers a leading member
of the British Secret Service, the Moncktons have been spies for at least four generations. Rosa Monckton had an
important mission to keep a watchful eyes on her friend Diana, Princess of Wales in the summer of the last year of
Diana's life; 1997. Rosa's husband Dominick Lawson editor of the Sunday - Telegraph newspaper had an important role
in furnishing journalisitc credentials for serving M.I.6. Intelligence officers. It is not clear whether the M.I.6. officers
had only a need for cover in English society or whether they were pretending to be journalists in hot spots like the
Miss Monckton told the inquest into Diana, Princess of Wales death that she personally had "No connection with the
security services" but that "Someone close to me is connected with the SIS".
The Secret Intelligence Service, also known as MI6, protects British interests abroad.
Mohamed al - Fayed has repeatedly alleged that its agents were involved in a conspiracy that led to the death of Diana
and his eldest son, Dodi, in the car crash in Paris in 1997.
Rosa rejected allegations by Mr al - Fayed that the only reason she got to know Diana, Princess of Wales was so she
could pass on information to the agency.
Ian Burnett, QC, counsel for the inquest, said that Mr al - Fayed had stated: "Rosa Monckton was used to discredit my
statements about a relationship between my son and Princess Diana. Rosa Monckton established a relationship with
Princess Diana simply to pass information she obtained to MI6."
Miss Monckton said: "This is absolute fantasy on his part."
Mr Burnett asked: "It is right that you have someone close to you who you believe to be an MI6 officer?"
Miss Monckton replied: "I believe somebody close to me is connected to the SIS."
Rosa agreed with Mr Burnett that she could not say more because of the need neither to confirm nor deny whether any
individual worked for the SIS. Protecting the fact it was one of her own brothers ?
ON HER MAJESTY'S SECRET SERVICE - UNCENSORED
Before postings and missions abroad, officers receive a briefing from the
Information Operations (I/OPs) unit, which provides them with a list of sympathetic
journalists who can be trusted to give them help and information. These contacts
have become increasingly important in trouble spots such as the Balkans.
I/OPs also has a more covert role in planning psychological operations along the lines of the old Special Political
Action (SPA) section and the Information Research Department (IRD). I/OPs may also, according to a former MI6
officer, 'attempt to influence events in another country or organisation in a direction favourable to Britain'. One
example is MI6's determined effort to 'plant stories in the American press about Boutros Ghali, whom they regarded as
dangerously Francophile, in the run up to the 1992 elections for UN secretary-general'. Foreign operations of this sort
do not require ministerial sanction.1
I/OPs also expends considerable energy behind the scenes in 'surfacing' damaging stories designed to discredit critics
of the Service. They will use off-the-record briefings of sympathetic journalists; the planting of rumours and
disinformation, which through 'double-sourcing' are confirmed by a proactive agent; and the overt recruitment of
journalist agents. Journalists paid to provide information or to 'keep their eyes open' are known as an 'asset' or an
'assistant' or just 'on side'. According to Richard Tomlinson, paid agents included in the nineties one and perhaps two
national newspaper editors. An editor is unlikely to be directly recruited as the Service would require the permission of
the Foreign Secretary and would not like to be put in the position of being refused. Such high-fliers are more likely to
have been recruited early in their careers. In this case, the journalist was apparently recruited at least three years
before becommg an editor and remained an asset until at least 1998. Tomlinson has said that the editor was paid a
retainer of £100,000, with access to the money via an offshore bank in an accessible tax haven. The editor was given a
false passport to gain entry to the bank, which he regularly visited.
In trying to identify the editor 'Agent', media interest centred on Dominic Lawson, son of the former Tory Chancellor
of the Exchequer, who became editor of the Spectator in 1990 and had been editor of the Sunday Telegraph since 1995.
Lawson denied that he had ever been 'an agent, either paid or unpaid, of Ml6 or of any other government agency'. On
the other hand, the youngest brother of Lawson's second wife, Rosa Monckton, had joined MI6 in 1987. In 1996, he;
Anthony Monckton was appointed First Secretary (Political) in the Croatian capital Zagreb.
Quite separately, one of Rosa's closest friends and a Godparent to the Lawson's daughter , the late Diana, Princess of
Wales had clearly been under some kind of surveillance, as evidenced by the 1,050-page dossier held by the US
National Security Agency (NSA) in its archive, detailing private telephone conversations between Diana and American
friends intercepted at MI6's request. While all stories linking MI6 to the Princess's death in the car accident in France
have been complete nonsense, it has been alleged that working closely with I/Ops in an attempt to deflect enquiries
away from the security services had been a chief of staff to 'C', Richard Spearman, temporarily posted to the Paris
embassy with his assistant, Nicholas Langman.
Note that the above piece states: "All stories linking MI6 to the death of Diana, Princess of Wales in the car accident in
France have been complete nonsense". "Complete" may be an exaggeration to say the least, but a good case can be
made for the "accident" having been carried out by the SAS.
I acknowledge the plausibility of the information connecting covertly Rome-directed Illuminist Masonic elements
within French Intelligence to the orchestration of the event. These elements would be directed by the same forces (the
higher levels of the Jesuits & the Papal-loyal Knighthoods, e.g. the SMOM) as the covertly Rome-directed Illuminist
Masonic elements within British Intelligence. I surmise that the UK elements most likely out-sourced the dirty work to
The Security Service M.I.5. has its headquarters at Thames House, a Grade II listed building at the corner of Millbank
and Horseferry Road in central London. It overlooks Lambeth Bridge, a few hundred yards south of the Houses of
Parliament on the north bank of the Thames. The Security Service has since 1995 occupied Thames House in central
London, not far from the Palace of Westminster. Today 3,600 people work for MI5, increasing to 4,100 in 2011 with
the expansion of the war on Muslim terrorism. The current Director General is Jonathan Evans who answers to the
Home Secretary, in theory at least. There have been reports that MI5 officers have been involved in the torture of
The Secret Intelligence Service's distinctive "ziggurat" building at Vauxhall Cross, which is often mistaken for the
Security Service's headquarters, is located on the other side of the Thames near Vauxhall Bridge. The SIS is located at
Vauxhall Cross in London, and its chief is John Scarlett. The focus of MI6's activities has been the Russian threat, but
this has now been cut back significantly. Unlike MI5, SIS still retains a role in support of the prevention or detection of
serious crime. MI6, the Secret Intelligence Service, came into being in 1909 to undertake espionage activities overseas.
Today its role is defined by the Intelligence Services Act 1994 as "to obtain and provide information relating to the
actions or intentions of persons outside the British Islands, and perform other tasks relating to these in relation to the
interests of national security".
